Dear Parents/Guardians:
This year, Camp Millhouse is partnering with CampDoc to better serve our campers and their families. CampDoc offers an electronic health record and online registration system for camps, and you can now complete your camper’s information electronically.
The security and privacy of your camper's health information is important to us. The CampDoc site is secure, encrypted, and password protected. You can find additional information about CampDoc privacy and security information at www.docnetwork.org/security.
Our organization has a special link where only participants from Camp Millhouse can register! Before you go to the link, please be sure to read thru this entire email. Save and/or print this email for future reference.
Our link is: http://app.campdoc.com/register/campmillhouse
Watch this short video to help you get started on registering your camper and completing your camper’s electronic forms, or follow the steps below.
Returning to CampDoc Registration:
New to CampDoc Registration:
To create a new account
1. Navigate to our link listed above.
2. Click the Sign Up button.
3. In the Email box, type your email address in order to confirm.
4. You will then navigate to your email to click the link emailed to you by CampDoc
5. In the Password box, type the password that you want to use.
6. Click the Continue button.
7. Follow the instructions to create your profile.
You will then select the number of weeks/weekends you want and provide payment information. You will be required to pay the $200 deposit for each week and/or weekend that you choose during this registration. Be sure to have your bank routing and account numbers ready for the e-check payment. Camp Millhouse opted for e-check because the fee of 1.5% was considerably less than credit/debit card fees. Once you process your payment, you will need to go to the Health Profile page to complete the application and choose your dates for camp.
Once you have completed your camper’s registration, you will have access to complete the required information to place your camper in their week(s) of camp (what used to be our camper application questions). Required questions will be marked with an * and outlined in red. You will see page titles on the right side of your screen with a red dot next to them. Start at the Welcome and Announcements and make sure you are completing all answers and signatures on each page, then choose Next at the bottom of the page. The next button will take you to the next page listed. The page you just completed should change from a red dot to a green checkmark meaning you didn't miss anything. If it does not change to a green checkmark but you think you completed everything, you need to go back to find what you missed. Hint: it will be circled lightly in red.Upload any required documents to your CampDoc account. Once you complete everything, you can log in on a phone/tablet to easily upload pictures or documents. You will note that you have four spaces to choose your week of camp. Please give us your first choice, second choice, etc.
When you have completed all the tabs, the Camp office will be notified so they can place your camper in the available week(s) of camp based on your chosen week(s). They will update your registration with your camper’s week of camp and the amount you chose to pay per week. You will then receive an email thru CampDoc (from [email protected]) so you can complete all the medical forms (what used to be our health packet). Please note all paperwork and payment will be required by April 15th.
Keep in mind that CampDoc saves your information as you complete each page. Therefore you can return to app.campdoc.com to make updates and/or continue filling out your camper’s information. You can log in using the email address and password you previously created.
Returning CampDoc users will find that their camper's information has carried over from previous years. For new users, your camper’s information will save from year-to-year, so once you complete it in CampDoc this season, you won’t have to start from scratch next year.
Additionally, CampDoc sends out periodic reminder emails for incomplete health information, and your camp may also use the messaging feature to send out emails via CampDoc. These notifications will come from [email protected], so please add this to your safe sender/contact list to avoid accidental delivery to junk and spam folders. We don’t want you to miss important notices about your registration!
For additional assistance, you can navigate to support.campdoc.com or contact our Support Team at [email protected] or 734-636-1000. Support team hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We also encourage you to visit our Registration Support page for additional resources.
Thank you for your patience as we have worked through the setup of this platform. We can’t wait to see you soon,
Diana Breden Melissa Swank, BSN, RN
