All prospective campers and their families are strongly urged to visit Camp Millhouse before filling out an application. This way, camp staff and family can determine whether the camp is suitable for the individual. Contact us to schedule a tour of the facility.
We will talk over and review the camper’s interests, abilities and needs.
Examining the following questions makes the camper more prepared and enables him or her to have a more enjoyable stay at camp.
Is the camper ready for an extended separation from home, or should a day camp be tried first?
Would the camper benefit from a specialized program focusing on one interest, or a general program introducing a variety of activities?
Would the camper benefit from a camp consisting only of individuals with disabilities or one integrating individuals with and without
disabilities?
